1. What this covers
This policy explains the cookies and similar technologies used on dcnetwork.ai. We take a minimal approach: the site works without any non-essential cookies, and we set analytics only after you consent.
2. Strictly necessary
A small amount of local storage records your cookie choice so we don’t ask again on every visit. This is essential to honour your preference and does not require consent.
3. Analytics (consent required)
If you accept, we use privacy-friendly, cookieless-by-design analytics from an EU-hosted provider to understand which pages are useful — IP addresses are not stored (the provider keeps only a short-lived one-way hash) and there is no cross-site identifier. With your consent we also record which resources interest you — for example when you download a brief or click a call-to-action — to our own platform endpoint. Neither tracks you across other sites, builds advertising profiles, or sells data. If you decline, none of this loads or is recorded. With your consent we additionally measure how our own pages are read — which pages you visit, how long a page stays open, and how far you scroll — under a random identifier stored only in your browser. It is not derived from your IP or device, it never follows you to other sites, and clearing site data (or declining) removes it. If you later send us an enquiry, we link that reading history to your enquiry so we can respond in context.
4. What we do NOT use
No advertising cookies, no cross-site trackers, no data brokers, no social-media pixels. The site markets EU sovereignty and we hold ourselves to it.
5. Managing your choice
You can accept or decline from the banner on your first visit, and change your mind any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer. You can also clear site data in your browser to reset the choice.
