Terms of Service

The rules for using the DCNetwork website and platform — accounts, acceptable use, credits, intellectual property, and liability.

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the DCNetwork website (dcnetwork.ai) and the DCNetwork AI platform, operated by [[LEGAL ENTITY NAME — confirm with counsel]] ([[COMPANY REG. NO. — confirm with counsel]]). By accessing the site or creating an account you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.

2. Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your credentials and wallet keys. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or present a security or legal risk.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe others’ rights;
  • attempt to breach, probe, or overload the platform or its isolation boundaries;
  • generate unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or use the agents to target, surveil, or harm individuals unlawfully;
  • resell or misrepresent the service, or circumvent metering, quotas, or billing.

4. COMPUTE, credits & billing

Metered actions on the platform are settled in COMPUTE credits on a transparent ledger. During any testing or promotional period, credits may be granted at no charge and carry no cash value. Paid plans, fees, and refund terms are described at point of purchase and, where applicable, in a separate order form. Taxes are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.

5. Intellectual property & your content

The platform, the site, and our trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of the content and data you provide. You grant us the limited licence needed to host, process, and display that content solely to operate the service for you.

Content you publish to the marketplace is governed by the additional marketplace and creator terms presented there.

6. Third-party services & models

The platform may route to third-party AI models and integrations. Those providers’ terms apply to their portion of the service, and their availability may change. We are not responsible for third-party outages or output.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. AI output can be inaccurate — you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, especially for legal, financial, medical, or safety-critical decisions. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach or legal necessity. On termination you may export your data during a reasonable wind-down window before deletion, per the Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the member state of incorporation. We may update them as the service evolves; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Questions: [email protected].
